Business Development

Through economic vitality, we can show you how to strengthen the community’s economic assets while diversifying its economic base.  Retaining and expanding successful businesses to provide a balanced commercial mix, sharpenng the competitiveness and merchandising skills of business owners, and attracting new businesses that the market can support is part of what we do.  Converting unused or underused commercial space into economically productive property also helps boost the profitability of the district. Our goal is to build a commercial district that responds to the needs of today’s consumers.

If you have a new business in town or are thinking about joining the Ocean Springs business community, we are here to help.  Below are a few resources to get you started. And, don’t forget that marketing is a big part of your business’ success. We hope you will take advantage of our community networking opportunities and business meetings.  Come visit with our team to get connected.
